What are the best aspects of this product?

This product is easy to use and user friendly. It’s intuitive and it requires less training for creating the online course. The team behind the product is responsive and helpful. Whenever we face some issues they quickly respond and find solution to fix the issue.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish there is an ability to copy an existing course in the system. We often re-purpose some of our products and we would like to use the same course instead of recreating it over again. I believe they will work on this one, because they are always open to new ideas and suggestions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is great way to deliver online content to our customers. We are small organization and we had troubles in finding the right tool for doing our job. We are glad that we have found a company that offers tech-support to our users.
