Very happy I switched from Quickbooks

What are the best aspects of this product?

The price by far is the best aspect of the accounting software

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven't had any issues

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'd like sub-accounts on my chart of accounts, but I hear they are working on it

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I needed to move away from Quickbooks because it was getting too expensive and too complicated. Also, support was non-exsistent.
