Gets the job done!

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very affordable and it works with all our guard's smart phones whether apple or android. Now we can make sure all patrols are being done properly, it even works offline if there isn't any signal like in the basement of a building

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Haven't had any issues so far, so I do not have anything bad to say

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see the ability for GPS tracking in the future

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Some of the guards were not doing there patrol and there was no way to check or make them accountable. This software enabled us to make certain patrol are being done properly through the property.
