I love, love, love Paycom!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I used to have tons of paperwork. Because of Paycom, we were able to reduce this drastically. From employee onboarding to departure, Paycom takes care of all the data for us. This is a great relief on our workload.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I couldn't find anything to criticize about Paycom. If I could've found it sooner, we would've been saved long ago.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been using Paycom for a year now and we can honestly say that it has saved our lives. We can now focus on the people side of HR instead of the tons of paperwork we have to accomplish. From start to finish, it has lessened our work load drastically as everything is in one place and we can check it readily without going through hundreds of file cabinets.
