What are the best aspects of this product?
I've been in payroll for 27 years and this is the best system I've used because of its paperless nature. The usual paper nightmare of the on-boarding process was reduced because everyhing can be done using Paycom. Employees can also see their working hours data, so it is easy for them to see if they are being paid right. They also have a very good customer service. I am very pleased with how knowledgeable they are. They went above and beyond duty to help us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't have anything in particular to dislike, but if I may suggest, we would like to have a monthly report schedule.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Benefits enrollment became easier as employees can readily see and apply for the benefits they want. It has also lessened the time we have to spend in checking time sheets and submitting time changes. Paystub requests has also been reduced as the employees can see how much they are being paid using the platform. We don't have to go through the incessant weekly paystub request anymore. And most importantly, employees have access when it comes to changing important data about themselves like that of address, phone number, etc. This made it easier for us to focus on other aspects of our job.
