What are the best aspects of this product?

Paycom gives us the best reports I've seen. Every information is easily accessible and I can open multiple tabs so retrieving information is never a problem. Most importantly, their customer service is wonderful. I can't complain about anything with the top-notch assistance they give us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Setting-up the platform takes quite some time as they require a lot of data from us. But I've realized that those information helped our department greatly.
