What are the best aspects of this product?

Paycom has a very good support team. I cannot say a single negative thing about their team. They have helped us greatly in selecting the modules best fit for our business. The integration was very smooth too because they were there every step of the way. Besides, we can see that the system lives up to our expectations. It fulfills every promise and feature it says it is going to have when we first selected it. It is also super easy to use, so teaching it to our staff is not a problem for us. I would recommend Paycom to any business out there.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Paycom came to us at the best time. We needed a system that could help lessen our workload and Paycom did just that. So, we really don't have anything negative to say about this amazing platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our department became a great succes because of Paycom. It made our whole process easier and seamles. We couldn't have asked for a much better system than this. Paycom is a legend!
