What are the best aspects of this product?

Paycom offers a very straightforward interface. This makes it very easy to understand and use. The time management section is also a good feature. I am very pleased with everything it has to offer so far.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It'd be great if they can change the set-up of PTO and hours availabale. It doesn't accurately calculate the PTO days I have approved, so I have to do this manually. It also doesn't calculate how much we could have for the whole year. This can be quite a hassle for the whole team, so I hope they can fix it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This helped in our payroll system. Without Paycom, we would not have been able to easily submit and track our expenses, receipts, and time cards. It is also a great help in calculating our employee benefits.
