What are the best aspects of this product?

I have access to any data within the platform. I can check and review these data for better management of the whole team. Paycom's support team also helped a lot whenever I have any struggles in using the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Paycom's training should be much more comprehensive on the on-set. I've found myself confused on some aspects as the training given to us is very basic. I had to contact the support team several times to guide me on how to use the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Searching for employee information is very easy now as it keeps track of all the data we have.
