What are the best aspects of this product?

Our business has a lot of nuances that can be hard to accomodate, but due to Paycom's customizable feature, we were able to get what we wanted. This is also due to the hardwork of our Transition Specialist. She tried her best to find a way to get what we need for our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The transition process is quite hard because of the features we need to set-up for our Paycom platform to work according to our needs. There are also some compromises made, but overall, we are pleased.

Our company's process became more efficient as everything is done electronically.
