What are the best aspects of this product?

It is the most user-friendly platform we've used. It is great with enrolling benefits. You can easily enroll the benefits you have for last year, which will take you less time. Even enlisting beneficiaries will only take you a couple of minutes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Logging-in is hard because of the auto-generated user name. It causes a lot of error on our side.
