PayPal Here has given us the ability to process card payments on-site. It's been an indispensable tool for our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The fees per transaction are quite expensive. It would be nice if they reduce the charge for small payments.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using this app, we cannot accommodate clients that want to pay using their debit and credit card. Apparently, this resulted in missed business opportunities. PayPal Here has allowed us to accept card payments, which resulted in a massive improvement in our business.
