What are the best aspects of this product?

This payment system only requires a phone and internet connection, which is incredible. All you have to do is download and install the app on your phone, make sure you're connected to the internet and you can already make/receive payments whenever you need to. Also, there's no need for your physical credit card. You only have to memorize your credit card information to make payments, which apparently more secure and eliminates the risk of getting your card stolen or misplaced.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is missing some of the features of PayPal on the desktop. It's more like the simplified version but still gets the job done, which is essential.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Most of our customers buy in bulk, and we deliver the goods to them. They pay via PayPal Here. It's easier and more convenient for them than going to our store to make payments.
