What are the best aspects of this product?

Paypal is very easy to use, allows you to make transactions and pay for any product quickly and easily. A mobile application is available for when the PC cannot be used, this application is very light and does not take up much space on my device.

When I want to pay for a product from an internet store, security is a very important aspetco for me, PayPal gives me an encryption to protect all my data, fantastic way to keep my purchases safe.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although using PayPal is very advantageous to buy online, it has several drawbacks such as:
High commissions for each transaction.
Having to verify an account or card is annoying.
support takes time to respond

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

they should improve the rapid response of technical support, if they respond but they are very much treated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have used Paypal to make transactions and close payments in our business, because it is very easy to use and that it is a company that has vast time in the market.
