What are the best aspects of this product?

User-friendly, provides easy integration with other app so we can use it for both personal and business purposes, sending and receiving payments is much easier. What I like is that the transaction fees for family and friends are either free or with reasonable rates. We have used other payment methods and we can clearly say that Paypal is by far the most reliable, robust, functional and secure payment method in the world today.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing we are not satisfied with PayPal is the customer service, it is really difficult to get in touch with them without having to make elaborate process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us in solving business problems like: payment process, quick transaction, affordable rates, sending money within US- family and friends is free, sending and receiving money is easy and even for those who do not have Paypal account, transactions are received immediately no more than 2 days.
