What are the best aspects of this product?

Because of the support and security I use Paypal, I don’t have to worry about losing money when I buy or sell internationally. I am backed up by them with some questionable fraudulent by buyers on Ebay. Their strategy is to hold the funds while they make the investigation and if there are some issues about purchaser they will contact you. The support team is great and the fees are very reasonable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like its new version I’d like to keep the old one. They made it simple yes, but for me it’s complicated to get reports like before.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me in selling and buying internationally, I don’t have to worry about fraud because I know that PayPal has our back. The fees can be calculated with a website and the transfer of the money and the payment is quick, simple and secure.
