What are the best aspects of this product?

I am able to keep track of my incoming and ongoing payments daily, to set up custom template for the information I want to get, I am able to make my daily tasks quickly. PayPal is so easy to use, I don’t have any problems in explaining it to other people. We can use card swipers to charge clients onsite at event and the payments are quick.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see details for what the transaction was made for, without guessing which account came from.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our clients can make payments onsite at events, the good things is that most of our customers use PayPal and they are not afraid to pay with the card. I can balance the online payment details before sending them to finance. I am able to check the participants and provide them with proof of the payment.
