What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the security that PayPal Payment provides, especially if you use it for business purposes and Business Premier Account. The payments from my customers are quickly and I get instant access to PayPal Master Debit Card.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, the fees are something that I don’t like in PayPal. If you use standard version then you are charged 30 per transaction plus additional 3% of the total that is sent. If you run small company this is huge amount of money. On the other hand, these fees are tax deductible like business expense, but you need to keep track of everything. Even though you get full downloadable report on how much money you have received you cannot get report to see the fees only. You can use other accounting software of the system to check it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My clients can use credit cards and they love this way of payment because they feel more secure, the payments I receive are immediate and I don’t have to wait for more days to receive them. I know that the payment is there and that is secure and I know that it won’t be returned for some unclear reasons. We all know that the cash is always problem but we can solve this problem via PP payment system.
