What are the best aspects of this product?

Paypal allows me to take payments on the go, I can even use my mobile device or tablet to make or take the payments from my customers. I am able to send an email to my customers and invoice directly from my mobile device by using its app or from their website. I love the ability to create payment buttons on my sites for donation, and this is very useful for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Because of its security strategies the tool is somewhat limited, many financial institutions are switching to the reader and they protect the vendors from fraud in case they use device that accept some chip card readers, and I haven’t heard that PayPal provides options for this type of cards.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to PayPal I can get my payments and to keep track of my customer frequency, also, it provides great integration options with some other business software.
