What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m using PayPal since 2000, and I have to say it has improved over the time. It provides PP debit card for businesses so you can instantly get your money instead of waiting for few days. You can easily create Buy Now and Subscription buttons, it provides buyer and seller protection. You are able to customize thee check out with logo. You are able to send line-item invoices by hours or quantity. I am very satisfied with its customer service.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When there is too much incoming activity or refunds they impose 10% withholding and these 10% are released in 4-6 months.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps in receiving and sending money online and we have immediate access to funds.
