PayPal an easy way for money transfer

What are the best aspects of this product?

I use PayPal for both personal and business needs. It allows me to transfer money from my clients and friends easily. I am paid for writing, editing or babysitting, I am able to send money to my friends for things they have bought for me or if they need something. This transfer system is very easy to use and it helps me a lot. I am even able to use it to buy products online without giving credit card information.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If my clients don’t choose the option “send to friends and family” then it charges a fee, also it takes few days for the bank transfers and I have to contact my bank so they can make the transfer much faster.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With PayPal I can get paid easily and parents can send me money for babysitting this is an easiest way for them because they do not have cash or checks with them all the time.
