PayPal – guard for online money transaction and payment operations

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am able to purchase online safely without worrying about the thieves of the credit cards info or whether the merchant is verified or not. I don’t have to worry about the products or services because Paypal provides with 100% security. It doesn’t take eternity to create professional looking invoice and to share it with clients, it only takes few clicks to create it. It helps in reducing the turnaround time of the whole process of processing payment and creating invoices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like about PayPal is their customer service, especially the phone support is not available. When I face some issues with paying and facing with some issues about completing the purchase and because of its algorithms I couldn’t process the payment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

From the selling point of view, the good thing about Paypal is that it doesn’t allow upfront fee to start with online payments. It’s something like pay per use system. And, as a buyer I like the protection that provides and I am secure from all fraudulent transactions and I don’t even need to take my credit cards with me all the time to make an online payment for the product.
