What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can take payments on the go by using the system on my mobile or tablet device. I can send an email to customers and invoice directly from mobile device either by web or mobile app. I like that it allows me to create payment buttons on my sites for donation which is very helpful for me. Also, it provides wonderful integrations with other business software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel that the system is limited and I believe this is because of the security purposes and because of this PayPal doesn’t provide options for chip card readers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to get my payments and to track customer frequency.
