Secure, robust and friendly money transfer solution

What are the best aspects of this product?

With PayPal, shopping, paying and money transfer has never been easier. I can buy things from internet without giving too much information on shopping websites and all I need to provide is the PP account info. I like that whenever I purchase something from internet i get email notification from it. I often use the mobile app so i can transfer money to others on the go. It is easy to use and highly secure tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that it requires me to sign into mobile app every single time when I want to open it, but I know this is more because of the security reasons.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With PayPal I’m more comfortable with purchasing online and making money transfer. I can add bank accounts, debit and credit cards, the tool is more than flexible.
