Secure, robust and friendly money transfer system

What are the best aspects of this product?

Shopping, paying money transfer is much easier with PayPal nowadays. I believe in this system because I am able to buy things online without providing too much info on shopping websites, all I need to give is the PP account info and that’s all. When we purchase something we get email notification from paypal. I started using the mobile app and I am able to transfer money with other users. The system is easy to use and most of all it is highly secure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hate that I have to sing into the mobile app every time I want to open it, but on the other hand, this is for my good and it is for security. It would be great if they could implement finger print pass.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this money transfer system I am more comfortable when buying online and when making money transfer. I am able to add bank accounts, debit and credit cards, and this is the other reason I use it because it is connected to anything.
