With PayPal I don’t have to worry about transactions anymore

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the fact that paypal provides protection to its customers, and I don’t have to be worried when making payment to anyone. As a customer if something is wrong with the merchant or the product is not delivered or if I receive wrong product then PayPal will refund. When you make registration with your credit card all you need to remember is paypal credentials and you don’t need to enter or remember any card details anymore. This is very useful and protective when it comes to data theft of the card. Also, Paypal has professional algorithms so any weird trends can be identify and it can stop the payment. You have the mobile app too so you can easily send and receive money on the go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn’t provide 24 support, when internal check are applied for legit transaction the support is not available and there is no way to send or receive the payments. They need to improve the mobile app and to implement all the features, also the only way to download the app is via Paypal official website. Within the app there is no address book feature so we can store the used paypal ids for each payment.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It provides easy and secure way for sending and receiving money in your local currency, immediate transfer of money to your bank account. It saves time by managing foreign currency with little charges. I don’t have to open specific account for sending or receiving money, someone can pay from their credit card and the money is transferred immediately, if you have an emergency you are able to send money quickly.
