You can customize the invoices without using their credit card, they even offer credit and debit cards and business account.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The set up process can be little complicated, the navigation needs some improvements because it is little difficult to navigate the dashboards if you are into merchant account area.

We can easily bill customers without upfront fee, we also use it to bill at events and on our sites. It is useful solution that you can use it on the go by using it via phone, tabler or desktop.
