What are the best aspects of this product?

I have so many things that I love about this platform. The billing management and subscription solutions really helped out our business, and the software's flexibility made it possible for us to have the software tailored to address our specific business needs. We also got retention and acquisition tools, as well as tools to insert ourselves in other markets. There are region-specific carts and checkout pages as well as regional pricing. I also like how the currencies and payment methods were so varied, and that we can use different languages so we know the ones receiving the information can read it for themselves and understand. Even standard things like email templates have played a big part in helping out our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This platform has everything that we need, so I'm having a hard time thinking of anything to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are multiple things that this software has helped out with. Its different payment methods, as well as features like regional currencies and regional pricing, have paved the way for my business to go global. It has also helped us provide a more personalized and targeted approach when it comes to our customers, allowing us different ways to reach them such as checkout pages, charts, and email templates. The software also improved our testing process, since it allowed us to really customize. This, in turn, resulted in optimizing processes from our end. Not only does it give us a leg up against our competition, but it also makes our customers feel pampered resulting in more conversions and transactions. I also really appreciated the customer support provided, since early hiccups we encountered when we started using this were promptly and efficiently resolved by the customer support team. Of course, I'll be recommending this to other businesses if asked.
