What are the best aspects of this product?

The company I work for can be a little picky with what software we work with, so we had to run this through several tests before settling on it. We had to see how good their customer service is if we could customize it to tailor our needs, and how effective is it as a management system for subscriptions. We really had to make sure that before we picked anything, it was going to help our business move forward, and this software certainly delivers. There are so many things that I love about this, the first of which is the various kinds of currencies and payment methods made available to us. I also really appreciated the integration options, since it made it easier to have it work alongside the software we already had in place. We could also be confident that it really suited the needs of our business, thanks to its customization options. It was also a great tool in finding out what our customers are thinking, since it allowed us to test a variety of things, such as cart, checkout pages, and email templates. Thanks to the information gathered from that, it was easier to come up with plans that would result in higher rates of conversion for our business. Finally, any issues we had with the software were easily resolved thanks to their support team, which worked on it quickly and effectively.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, there hasn't been an issue we've had to deal with so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There's quite a number of problems that this software helped us deal with. For one, it helped us manage our taxes, and I cannot emphasize enough how big of a relief that is. The software was also able to handle the different business models of our company, which range from subscription based to freemium. It's really been handled well by this software's API and we couldn't be happier.
