Stay away from Paysafe

What are the best aspects of this product?

It was not too difficult to make credit card charges.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Paysafe kept increasing their monthly charges until last month they charged about $120. for a month with only about $600 in processed income on the account. I had been phasing out of charges with them but the last month was too much. Then to add insult to injury they charged me $495. to close the account.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

This company needs to stop making deceptive charges.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Only the ability to accept cards. Now I try to use Venmo, Zelle, and other options that are basically free.
