PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is an easy to use payment app with excellent transparency, so our customers do not need to worry about their cash. They don’t even need to worry about additional fees. It has a mobile app version too, boasts a dependable payment platform, can be used with other tools, and it generates essential reports without hassles.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We experience some troubles when paying for the app, especially that they impose hidden questionable charges. We end up paying big for our account. Also, we are not satisfied with its unresponsive user support.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a good solution for managing payments of all our customers. That is mainly because it is capable of handling payments of people who do not have credit or debit accounts. Also, it lets me produce reports in different needed formats.
