It has many features that are useful for specific situations. For example, it handles upfront payments without problem. Also, it is capable of scheduling future time and date for the payments.

Handling payments through checking account method is quite problematic. That is because customers can dispute the payments after it is being authorized, which often results to payments being declined.

Phone and online payments are easier for our company to handle. This makes it unnecessary for customers to come in our office, then hand cash or check payments.
