Great tool for converting and sharing PDF files

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that it's web-based because I don't have to buy hardware or install any software. I also love the wide range of tools available. I can convert files and also edit them with ease. But what I think is the best part is the automatic creation of bookmarks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Advertisements pop up every now and then and it is really frustrating especially when you're working on something. Also, I'm often disappointed with new versions of the product because it usually comes with bugs. Lastly, I cannot rely on their customer support because they usually respond late to my concerns and queries.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can edit PDF files and share them with anyone with ease. And since this tool supports different devices including smartphones, I'm able to work while on the go. I also love the thumbnails.
