What are the best aspects of this product?

It is packed with useful features for managing PDF files. I can convert documents, create OCR, edit pages, fill forms, and so much more. The best thing, it works on various devices including Windows, iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Android. The mobile version has helped me become more productive. I can work on my PDF-related tasks even while I’m away from the office.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Documents are saved as a read-only file which means we cannot edit them after saving. If we still need to modify something, we either have to convert the file to an editable one or just create a new one. It’s quite time-consuming. Aside from that, I also have some concerns with the customer support. Sometimes, it takes hours or even days before they respond to our messages and concerns. Probably, they are just busy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can create documents, fill out forms like tax forms, business forms, etc., convert files, and much more quickly with so much ease using this tool. The best thing, we can access and use this program in a device of our choice. All of this can be done without paying a buck, which I think is a great thing specifically for small to mid-scale business with a limited budget.
