PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

In my opinion, the Pentaho Data Integration tool (community edition) is the best in the market and I used it for error handling and archiving tasks. The app is flexible and easy to use. Plus, the learning curve is much shorter compared to other integration solutions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A couple of disadvantages: The first is the app took up a lot of hard disk space in my computer. Second, support for analytics is below par and could be enhanced.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As mentioned earlier, I used Pentaho for error handling and archiving capabilities to load a high volume of data into Salesforce. The app required no prior training and was flexible and easy to use.
