It serves as the database for all our employee records and allows us to easily get the information that we need with its excellent search capabilities. It also ensures our confidentiality when working with documents like reference letters. It has a great analytics feature that enables us to assess the performance of our employees and reward them accordingly. Moreover, it has automation capabilities that make our job a lot more manageable.

PeopleAdmin is designed to cater to the HR needs of the companies in the education sector to which we do not belong. Fortunately, it still serves as a good management tool for us.
