What are the best aspects of this product?

PeopleAdmin has an excellent support team which continues to work on improving their services. They recently added a live chat feature which facilitated better communication with their clients. Their platform is user-friendly for both our HR team and the applicants. It lets us easily modify our workflows, thereby allowing for greater flexibility in our processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some modifications that we want to see with the performance module. We hope it will be more congruent with the other modules in the future versions of the software.

PeopleAdmid provides us with the tools for our recruitment, hiring, and performance tracking processes.
