This software helped improve our hiring process. We are now better organized and have a better system for applicant tracking. We are also better able to communicate with the applicants regarding the status of their application.

It can be quite a challenge to transfer several applicants at once into another group.

We are a small recruitment team and this helps a lot with managing the applications. Moreover, it allows us to easily share employee records with the interviewers and other individuals and parties involved in the hiring process.
