What are the best aspects of this product?
Perimeter really puts a premium on customer satisfaction. Unlike other VPNs, they make sure to tailor their services based on their clients' needs rather than push their own agenda. See, the nature of our company and the way that it is set up requires us to have very specific VPN needs. For example, we constantly need to have site traffic rerouted to particular ports without any hassle. We also need to have full control over all things related to this matter--and VPN has granted this to us, and more! We're very happy with how this partnership has been set up. We've also been able to get a hundred other users on board. Unlike VyprVPN, our previous VPN provider, we can add dozens of users to help us manage the system. And if all these benefits don't really impress you, just think of the savings that you can make. When we switched to Perimeter 81, we've been able to save quadruple the price.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We've had some issues with Perimeter 81 in the past, but that has been resolved now. I can no longer think of any bad experience with Perimeter 8.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Now, we can easily protect our data from external users, and even those inside our company. We can easily restrict what can be accessed and by whom.
