What are the best aspects of this product?

Using PhoneBurner has increased our overall performance. We had an increase in the number of calls we can make in a day, increased client response and engagement, improved our quality assessment. My favorite feature of the app is its ability to send emails and text messages and also link documents in them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Call qualify. But to be honest we don’t know if it’s their fault or the internet providers.

Improved call metrics, increased sales, reduced need for more personnel
