What are the best aspects of this product?
I am a QA in our company and I find PhoneBurner very helpful in tracking calls. All the notes, dates, and times are posted in the software. We can easily track agent performance and hence maintaining good client engagement.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Can't align making phone calls with my schedule.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The Do not call list has been so helpful for me.
