So user-friendly and compatible

What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that I like the most about this program is how user-friendly it is. It didn't take me a long time to get the hang of it and I have managed to maximize each feature to my advantage. Compatibility is not an issue of whether on a desktop or on a mobile phone. It is compact and light, it neither lags or hangs while in the middle of work. The compatibility of operating systems like Android, Linux, and Windows is impressive. I love all the features and tools it has, producing an awesome and creative work is a breeze.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have experienced lagging and slow loading speed whenever I work either on multiple images or large ones. Future versions could also improve the compatibility of output with other file formats. Improving the interface and the editing options available would also be appreciated. Other than those things, I haven't really encountered any negatives when it comes to this program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to work remotely is one of the biggest benefits I'm enjoying with this software. It has efficiently lowered the cost of traveling from going to and from the office just so to continue the work. It's a great tool that ensures the quality of my work thereby securing trust from existing clients as well as attracting new ones.
