Great for non-professionals

What are the best aspects of this product?

PhotoScape may not cater to professional editors but for its straightforward interface and free offering, I think this is the best out there for basic editing tasks such as color adjustments, adding of effects, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't meet the needs of professionals. Since I liked the user-friendly interface, I might consider it if it offered a Pro plan.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

PhotoScape was a great assistant for the basic cropping of photos intended for social media.
