PhotoScape gives you all the basic photo editing tools such as cropping, resizing, color adjustment, animation, etc. which are all doable through a smartphone or digital camera. I'm impressed with how easy it is to use compared with its rivals in the market.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Adjusting picture sizes is my only issue.
