What are the best aspects of this product?

PhotoScape has been my go-to photo editor for nearly a decade. User-friendly and robust, PhotoScape allows you to edit in bulk, significantly saving you time from when you have to edit one photo at a time. It has been extremely beneficial that I upgraded to the premium version after a month of using it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some tools X users have been using for so long that we're now barred from use unless you upgrade to the PRO version. PhotoScape should consider being more generous.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I had used a lot of photo editing platforms before PhotoScape but none came close to it when it comes to user-friendliness. Having an intuitive interface to me is so important as my tasks require me to edit photos quickly for immediate posting online. PhotoScape has been a reliable tool for me to always achieve that.
