What are the best aspects of this product?

Elements is a more user-friendly version of the full Photoshop package. A few clicks would suffice for a user to get the desired effects, something that is a more complex process on Photoshop. What's more, there are presets that users can configure in case they are going for a more specific look. Elements are something that amateur image editors can use on a daily basis to achieve a professional look on their projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since Elements is feature-rich, there are moments when it is slow to respond to actions. And while it is a good idea for amateurs to use this, there are times when it can be overwhelming. Still, it has a much gentler learning curve and mastering it is a faster procedure. Also, there are critical features on Photoshop that are not present on it so professional users may want to stick to Photoshop pro.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Elements is my go-to for making designs for different paraphernalia from posters to t-shirts because of the extreme ease of use of the interface. Though it is not Photoshop itself, it allows me to create awesome effects and explore my creative ideas.
