What are the best aspects of this product?

Lightroom allows you to add various camera effects on your photos. You can easily download various add-ons, presets and filters for all your photos and to apply to them immediately. There are undo options in case you are not satisfied with your editing and changes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have found that the sorting options for the files can be tricky, it takes some time in order to find photo. When I use preset it provides a preview of what the new effect will look like. It would be great if they could apply the preview to the screen instead thumbnail.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Lightroom helps me to take photos and make them the way I want. I can take photos shot form my iPhone and combine the effects and attributes of a DSLR so I can make them to be with higher quality. It expends the selection and availability of photos we use for adverts.
