What are the best aspects of this product?

✅ Simple User Interface – When it works, the interface is relatively easy to navigate for staff and clients.

✅ Basic Scheduling Features – It provides essential scheduling tools for fitness studios, making it easy to set up classes and appointments.

✅ Automated Billing (When It Works) – The system is designed to automate payments, though it frequently malfunctions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Frequent Downtime – The system goes down often, preventing staff and clients from booking classes or processing payments.

Recurring billing is unreliable, causing missed or failed payments that frustrate clients and create financial headaches.

Responses are slow, and issues often go unresolved, leaving businesses stranded without solutions.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The system needs consistent reliability without frequent crashes or slowdowns. Payment processing should be seamless and accurate, preventing failed transactions and client frustration. More detailed financial, attendance, and client engagement reports would help studios track business performance.





What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Unfortunately, Pike13 didn’t solve any major problems for our CrossFit studio—in fact, it created more issues than it fixed.

Initially, we hoped it would streamline scheduling and billing, but instead, we faced constant downtime, payment failures, and client frustration with the app.

If anything, the only “problem” it solved was giving us clarity on what NOT to use for gym management software. We eventually switched to a more reliable system that actually works.
