What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Unfortunately, Pike13 didn’t solve any major problems for our CrossFit studio—in fact, it created more issues than it fixed.
Initially, we hoped it would streamline scheduling and billing, but instead, we faced constant downtime, payment failures, and client frustration with the app.
If anything, the only “problem” it solved was giving us clarity on what NOT to use for gym management software. We eventually switched to a more reliable system that actually works.
