What are the best aspects of this product?

Pike13 offers ease of use, simple aesthetics on the client and back end.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Website integration is poor, functions are very limited for the price. As a business owner, I had to find several work arounds to do simple things like offer a coupon. The ability to sell merchandise is also somewhat limited and does not allow for website integration. The app constantly glitches or freezes and despite attempts to resolve with customer service, it does not improve. In addition, reporting is limited.

I needed the ability to book clients, manage staff schedules and offer services and this allowed me to do so.
