Because it offers ready-made templates that I can easily customize, I've been learning how to create design content without any formal training. I've managed to create infographics and flyers from this—and I'm really proud of the results. I recommend this to anyone, both beginners and experts alike. I also think that this would be the perfect tool for students.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the media files that I would like to incorporate videos into my Piktochart outputs. Right now, I haven't figured out how to do this yet.
